Returns: Policy and Conditions

You can return your perfume within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is still intact and the packaging is unopened (original seals must be present). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a damaged delivery.

 

Samples cannot be returned or exchanged. Our samples are custom-made to order to ensure freshness and quality, and therefore fall under our non-returnable policy.

 



Return Procedure: Step-by-Step

Please follow these steps to return your product:

  1. Register your return: Contact our customer service team to notify us of your return. You will then receive the necessary instructions.

  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping: Send the package to the following return address:

Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return in good order, we will process your refund. This will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.

 



Exceptions

Please note: Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. This is always clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
